Year 7 Scholarships
EHS offers scholarships to pupils who have shown particular academic aptitude in the entrance examination and who we believe will contribute markedly to the life of the school. Successful pupils will be notified in their offer letters. There is a maximum of 50% remission fees, awarded on merit.
A music scholarship is available. Candidates take a written paper and give a performance. There are two scholarships available, up to a value of 50% each.
Sixth Form Scholarships
EHS offers scholarships to both current and external pupils. External pupils are assessed via a written entrance examination in two of the subjects that a pupil hopes to study at A Level. Scholarships are awarded at the Head's discretion. Awards are conditional on agreed performance at GCSE.
A music scholarship is available.
