The trust invests considerable time and resources in the awarding of its bursaries and ensuring that, as far as is able, the benefits of a Bede's education are as accessible as possible to those who do not have the means to pay full fees. During the year,it provided 56 means tested bursarial awards at a cost of 609K and 86 means tests scholarship awards at a cost of 718K. Two of the awards were for fully funded places. Means tested support provided during the year totalled £1,327K, representing 4.6% income.
