Annually, the school awards a very limited number of Headmaster's Scholarships to pupils who evidence outstanding talent and potential in the fields of Academia, Music, Sport, or as an All-Rounder. Successful applicants can look forward to an exceptional education here at St. George's. With small class sizes, specialist teaching, idyllic grounds and excellent facilities, we are well placed to encourage our pupils to achieve their greatest possible potential.

The award of a Headmaster's Scholarship entitles the recipient to a percentage remission of fees which is applicable throughout their time here, subject to continued strong performance.  Applicants are required to submit an Application Form and to attend the school for an interview with our Headmaster. Applications for our 2019 intake are now closed. New applications will be invited for our September 2020 intake in the autumn term. For more information on the application process, please review the scholarship information sheet by clicking here.

We also offer a limited number of bursaries to enable pupils in primary education to continue at St George's who would otherwise be unable to do so for financial reasons. The amount of assistance varies and requires the support of the Headmaster and Directors.  Whilst each bursary supports the child for the remainder of their time at St George’s, it is subject to an annual review to ensure it is still appropriate.  Applications should be in writing and addressed to the Clerk to the Trustees of the Jersey Educational Trust 2015.

Further information on Scholarships or Bursaries can be obtained by contacting our Bursar on bursar@stgeorgesprep.co.uk.
