The parental enquiry service on the ISC website enables parents to contact multiple schools. Schools can access this information once logged into the ISC website where it remains for two months, after which we delete it from our systems. If your school decides to download any personal data relating to enquiries, the school will become the Data Controller and must ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 including the requirement to provide the individual with a privacy notice.
